Assign product owners or data product managers to each data domain, responsible for the quality, availability, and usability of the domain's data products.

This self-serve platform should provide tools and services for data ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics, empowering domain teams to manage their data products effectively.

Each domain should have its own data storage, processing, and access capabilities while adhering to organizational standards for data security, privacy, and compliance.
